Open Position:

Inside Sales

We are a import/wholesale women footwear company located in the city of Industry. We are looking for an experience with 2-5 years as a salesperson with wholesale experience to seek out new business as well as oversee existing accounts. Interested applicants must be self-motivated with strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. A positive attitude and desire to succeed is essential for this position.

The applicant's duties will include the following:

Requirements and skills

  • At least 2-5 plus year of experience in sales in the fashion industry, specifically in wholesale and footwear.
  • The ability to quickly learn and understand extensive product knowledge, including details about different fashion products, trends, and styles.
  • Strong pitching and negotiation skills, including the ability to persuade potential customers and close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen to customers, clearly explain product features and benefits, and address any concerns or objections.
  • Tech-savviness and the ability to easily adapt to new systems and technology
  • We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and personable. You must have a strong sense of style and fashion, and you must be able to provide expert advice and recommendations to our clients.
  • As a sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients and buyers. You will be the face of our company, and you will be expected to provide a positive and engaging experience for every customer.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our latest collections, providing product information and advice, and assisting customers with their purchases.

Qualifications:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm (1/2hr lunch break)
  • Manage and service existing customer accounts and increase product sales
  • Prospect and develop new business relationships
  • Assist in expanding product reach
  • Attend and represent the company at marketplace trade shows and events
  • Communicate effectively with company owners and other team members on effective sales strategies and challenges
  • Create sales reports consisting of new accounts and prospects
  • Able to manage customer relationships with a pleasant, respectful and well-mannered demeanor
  • Reliable and proficient with time management
  • Proficient use of computers and software

Base salary (Negotiable depending on experiences and client data base) + commission
